We were referred to Palmen Kia and to work specifically with Warren Larsen. We talked with him before our visit and told him exactly what we were looking for and he had a car ready and waiting for us that checked all of our boxes. It showed he listened to what was important to us and took the time to show us what WE wanted. It took so much of the stress out of this whole experience! We feel good about the whole process and will be back to work with him for our next car purchase. We highly recommend Palmen dealership, and specifically Warren! Truly he is one of the best salespeople we’ve ever worked with, and we recommend him and Palmen Kia to anyone in the area looking to buy a Kia. Mario made it fun and as hassle-free as possible. The entire staff was professional, positive and respectful. It was clear they worked well as a team. A special shout goes to Steve in finance who was patient and knowledgeable. We love Larry. Our family has been going to him for years for literally 3 generations of family members. He genuinely cares about our needs and wants in a vehicle, and is always so knowledgable and can answer any question we throw at him. He's also so thorough and leaves nothing out for us, so we always know exactly what is happening at every step of the process. It's so nice to feel so well taken care of, the support is unmatched. He genuinely cares. I cannot say enough good things about him or have enough words to express the gratitude we have to him for everything he's done not only for me over the years, but my entire family. He really is the best. I'd also like to give a shoutout to Matt! He was amazing and so personable! He walked me through every contractual step and made sure we understood everything before signing. Traveled from Michigan to Palmen Motors in Kenosha WI and it was well worth the 10 hour round trip. We worked with Ray Hilburger over the phone to secure an out the door price. They even negotiated our trade. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted and everything was exactly how we expected it to be. No hidden fees or last minute changes. The payment was exactly as they told us it would be. Matt did the financing for us and it was a very smooth process. No pressure trying to sell us upgraded warranties. These gentlemen were very professional and honest. So great that they shouldn’t be required to work so late on Friday nights. Great experience. Well done, Ray and Matt!

My experience working with Josh at Paulman Motors Kia was honestly refreshing. From the moment my husband and I walked in, I explained that I was the one purchasing the vehicle and Josh respected that immediately. He addressed me directly, answered my questions thoughtfully, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. What I appreciated most was that he never made me feel pressured. He gave me space to take my time, think things through, and make the decision that felt right for me. Overall my experience was amazing. From the moment that my wife and I walked in the building, we were treated very well. Calvin was the sales person that greeted us and we cannot say enough positive and highly complimentary things about him. We had been on a car search journey for awhile, but picked up steam over the last 2-3 weeks. After visiting various dealerships within the Kenosha area, we often left feeling extremely pressured and/or downright defeated. Rarely ever being shown exactly what we conveyed that we wanted. Instead consistently being "sold" on one thing or another. Calvin was the exact opposite of that. Calvin was informative, thorough, and never once provided any element of pressure doing our entire visit. We came in "looking" but not definitive on if we would buy from Kia. Neither my wife nor I had ever purchased a Kia, had never driven one either. Calvin made our experience the BEST car buying experience we've ever had. So much so that I purchased a car slightly above what I came in the door wanting to spend and yet coming away feeling very excited and positive about our purchase. That in itself has never happened for me. We have Calvin to thank for that. We also worked with Matt to finalize the paper, who was awesome as well. (It must be a Palmen Kia of Kenosha thing, in the best way possible). Matt said something in the 30ish minutes that we spent with him that I cannot agree more with and will carry with me moving forward in any future car buying experience. He said "buying a car should feel like a conversation among friends, good banter, proper information, and we should both feel as though we did right you". After 15yrs it was time for a new car. We came back to Palmen where we purchased our last vehicle and looked up our guy, Shawn Haas. Purchasing a new vehicle can be a very intense process but we come back to Shawn every time because we know we are not just getting a sales person, we are getting a friend who honestly cares about the relationship and bonding with his customers. We left the KIA store yesterday with our brand new 2026 KIA Sportage EX and we are thrilled with this purchase. We drove two hours from our home in Two Rivers, WI and the entire staff at the Kia store did everything they could to make the process quick. Unhappy with my current Kia Sportage, I decided to sell it. After getting a quote from Kelley Blue Book, Plamen Kia was the first to reach out and say they are interested in buying my Sportage. I had the privilege to work with Warren. Warren was fantastic; not only as a car salesman, but in general. Warren made the car selling experience easy, painless and fast. When my Mom and I were waiting for the paperwork to be completed, Warren engaged in a conversation with us about life; our cancer battles, to be exact. We went into Palmen Kia Kenosha to see what we could get for our Kia Carnival if we trade it in. Immediately we were greeted by Warren "Wheels ". Immediately we expressed what we were there to do and Warren was assigned to us to help us with the process. Warren was able to figure out what were our needs based on the conversation we had and he went on with reccomending us a vehicle. Purchased a Kia Telluride from Palmen. Usually i get quite a bit of anxiety going into car dealerships but happy to say this experience was quite pleasant and very easy. Initially we were looking at purchasing the Kia Sorrento or another make, but we had some great guidance from Gene. Gene Tellez was professional, and set me at ease immediately. No pushing to make the sale, but willing to let me take a new 2026 Sportage to see how it 'fit" me and my garage. He has earned my respect..!! and if I need to replace any vehicle...he's the man I see. I've worked with Palmen GM for years, so it was a stretch getting me into a non-GM vehicle, but so far, It's everything I had in my Cadillac,,,,and more.!!! I just wanted to take a moment and give HUGE praise to this car dealership in Kenosha! My daughter recently had a bad experience at a different dealership and really needed a car. Her grandpa suggested Palmen Kia of Kenosha, and we’re so glad he did! Her sales person, Ray Hilburger, really took care of her! He knew what she had been through and promised to get her approved and in a car she would love… and he did! She’s the proud owner of a 2019 Jeep Cherokee and absolutely loves it! Let me just say this, the car buying experience (as most of us know) can sometimes be the worst, but not here. Kudos to Victor, the service manager! A couple weekends ago my family and I were driving back home to Ohio and developed some engine trouble. It was late on a Saturday afternoon but Victor got our van in to at least get an initial diagnosis. They weren't able to fix it on the spot because it was close to closing time and would require much more work to properly diagnose the issue and get it repaired. He helped me find a hotel for the night and a rental company that was open the next day so we could get a car and return to Ohio while he kept our van to get it fixed. The problem ended up being too fuel injectors that needed to be replaced, and even though the warranty had expired he reached out to Kia who agreed to cover the cost of the parts. What a blessing that was! Once the repair was finished he personally test drove the van a number of times to ensure that it was fixed, knowing that when I came to pick it up I'd have a long drive back to Ohio. He really went above and beyond in all respects!

I worked with Warren Larsen to get my 2015 ram and it was by far the Best dealer experience I've had! No pressure, didnt try to hide or push anything into the deal; just a simple, straight forward approach. The finance officer Stephen Burke was just as awsome and offered their programs but was honest and not pushy at all. I did run into an issue with the truck down the road but Warren worked with me and their team to make it right. I've worked in a dealership setting for going on 12 years now and this is a great example of how a good dealership is suppose do business. We will definitely be going through them again for our next vehicle and recomend them to many!

Car shopping can be either a long drawn out nails to the chalkboard experience or it can be smooth as silk. Mario Ayala was meant to sell cars, he made this car buying experience as fun as a day at beach! In all my years of buying a car I've never actually had a great, smooth time purchasing a car. This was for my Daughter's first new car, she was excited but nervous about spending all her hard earned money. We did our homework and she knew what she wanted it was a 2025 Kia Seltos, she knew they were good cars because I've had a Seltos for 5 years already. Mario reminded us of our appointment, he was forgiving when we ran late, and met us with a huge smile outside with a hand shake then to our surprise he already had the car pulled up and ready! We drove the car in less then 10 minutes and we chatted the whole time he was telling us all the wonderful features it had. Mario knew the car model inside and out, no pressure just informing us of the vehicle. We went in to discuss the pricing and he was kind, fair and had a great sense of humor. I'm telling you this makes such a huge difference when someone is as real as the day is long. My daughter and me found a middle of road price range he did some negotiating with his manager and in an hour or so we were celebrating with him on my Daughters first New, Fancy Car Purchase! Mario had us go to the financial office with I think his name was Stephan, I apologize if I"m wrong. He was so nice, clear and concise getting right to the point. He showed us the warranty’s, clearly explaining everything about them. Kia has such great warranties, we did purchase a wrap warranty for 10 years, the coverage was incredible. She wants to keep this car for 10 years or so and this will give her peace of mind plus save her a lot of money down the road. Mario bought her snacks she had missed dinner, they loaded us up with 5 cases of pop for there promotion "Pop the Top." She had envisioned a picture with the Hallmark Red Bow, and they actually got her one for the photos. They were closed by now but but Mario stayed late to show her all the features in her car. Who does this? MARIO! He just made this experience Unbelievably WONDERFUL! He said if you have any questions down the road she can call or stop in, there not just a car Dealership "Their Family." They has repeat customers time and time again and I saw why. She drove home ecstatic with her New 2025 Kia Seltos EX, you don't forget your first car purchase, especially when it was OVER The TOP FANTASTIC!
