Palmen Kia is an example of what all dealerships should strive to be. Mario and Nico were great to work with throughout the process. Mario gave us a wonderful sales experience from the initial test-drive to the day of purchase. Truly he is one of the best salespeople we’ve ever worked with, and we recommend him and Palmen Kia to anyone in the area looking to buy a Kia. Mario made it fun and as hassle-free as possible. The entire staff was professional, positive and respectful. It was clear they worked well as a team. A special shout goes to Steve in finance who was patient and knowledgeable. The cashier was also friendly and helpful. And we appreciated the eagerness and skill of the young man who salvaged my rolled-up license plate that I brought with me. I have leased several Kia’s from Palmen and have been very satisfied with them each time. Last week I met with Demetrius to go over options on my 2023 Seltos, which I really liked. He listened to what I was looking for and showed me options. He was so nice and helpful- really made me feel comfortable. We love Larry. Our family has been going to him for years for literally 3 generations of family members. He genuinely cares about our needs and wants in a vehicle, and is always so knowledgable and can answer any question we throw at him. He's also so thorough and leaves nothing out for us, so we always know exactly what is happening at every step of the process. It's so nice to feel so well taken care of, the support is unmatched. He genuinely cares. I cannot say enough good things about him or have enough words to express the gratitude we have to him for everything he's done not only for me over the years, but my entire family. He really is the best. I'd also like to give a shoutout to Matt! He was amazing and so personable! He walked me through every contractual step and made sure we understood everything before signing. He was able to answer all of our questions and left no stone unturned. It really was a pleasure working with him. Also another shoutout to the other staff. I wish I knew and remembered everyone's names, but there was a kind gentleman who gave my daughter a balloon, which we were so grateful for. There was another salesman who filled in a bit for Larry while he had to run around, and he was so friendly and easy to interact with, and was more than happy to help us understand what we were looking at and help us work through our options. Traveled from Michigan to Palmen Motors in Kenosha WI and it was well worth the 10 hour round trip. We worked with Ray Hilburger over the phone to secure an out the door price. They even negotiated our trade. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted and everything was exactly how we expected it to be. No hidden fees or last minute changes. The payment was exactly as they told us it would be. Matt did the financing for us and it was a very smooth process. No pressure trying to sell us upgraded warranties. These gentlemen were very professional and honest. So great that they shouldn’t be required to work so late on Friday nights. Great experience. Well done, Ray and Matt!

My experience working with Josh at Paulman Motors Kia was honestly refreshing. From the moment my husband and I walked in, I explained that I was the one purchasing the vehicle and Josh respected that immediately. He addressed me directly, answered my questions thoughtfully, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. What I appreciated most was that he never made me feel pressured. He gave me space to take my time, think things through, and make the decision that felt right for me. The atmosphere felt supportive instead of pushy, which made a huge difference. I had been considering a vehicle at another dealership before coming here, and the experience was completely different. Even after explaining that the car was for me, that salesperson consistently spoke to my husband and overlooked me. It honestly made me feel dismissed and uncomfortable. Overall my experience was amazing. From the moment that my wife and I walked in the building, we were treated very well. Calvin was the sales person that greeted us and we cannot say enough positive and highly complimentary things about him. We had been on a car search journey for awhile, but picked up steam over the last 2-3 weeks. After visiting various dealerships within the Kenosha area, we often left feeling extremely pressured and/or downright defeated. Rarely ever being shown exactly what we conveyed that we wanted. Instead consistently being "sold" on one thing or another. Calvin was the exact opposite of that. Calvin was informative, thorough, and never once provided any element of pressure doing our entire visit. We came in "looking" but not definitive on if we would buy from Kia. Neither my wife nor I had ever purchased a Kia, had never driven one either. Calvin made our experience the BEST car buying experience we've ever had. So much so that I purchased a car slightly above what I came in the door wanting to spend and yet coming away feeling very excited and positive about our purchase. That in itself has never happened for me. We have Calvin to thank for that. We also worked with Matt to finalize the paper, who was awesome as well. (It must be a Palmen Kia of Kenosha thing, in the best way possible). Matt said something in the 30ish minutes that we spent with him that I cannot agree more with and will carry with me moving forward in any future car buying experience. He said "buying a car should feel like a conversation among friends, good banter, proper information, and we should both feel as though we did right you". My wife and I will be back when she is ready to buy her next vehicle! Thank you Calvin, Thank you Matt, and thank you to your entire team.

Josh is absolutely incredible! Early last month, I had come in with my mom while service was closed, as our car's tire and axle was damaged. As service was closed, we had to leave the vehicle overnight, and did not know how we were going to be able to get home, as Uber was expensive and we could not afford it. Josh personally offered to give us a ride home to make sure we did not have to pay for an Uber, and even refused the payment my mom offered. I wish there were more people like Josh in the world.
