Vehicle eligibility includes:
- Only battery-electric vehicles (BEVs) are eligible—no hybrid, plug-in, or hydrogen-powered models.
- Vehicles must be registered for on-road, business use.
- Each vehicle can only receive one rebate—new, used, or repowered.
- Leased vehicles must have a minimum term of 36 months.
To promote broad access, no single customer or service provider can receive more than 5% of annual rebate funds in each vehicle category.
