We love Larry. Our family has been going to him for years for literally 3 generations of family members. He genuinely cares about our needs and wants in a vehicle, and is always so knowledgable and can answer any question we throw at him. He's also so thorough and leaves nothing out for us, so we always know exactly what is happening at every step of the process. It's so nice to feel so well taken care of, the support is unmatched. He genuinely cares. I cannot say enough good things about him or have enough words to express the gratitude we have to him for everything he's done not only for me over the years, but my entire family. He really is the best. I'd also like to give a shoutout to Matt! He was amazing and so personable! He walked me through every contractual step and made sure we understood everything before signing. He was able to answer all of our questions and left no stone unturned. It really was a pleasure working with him. Also another shoutout to the other staff. I wish I knew and remembered everyone's names, but there was a kind gentleman who gave my daughter a balloon, which we were so grateful for. There was another salesman who filled in a bit for Larry while he had to run around, and he was so friendly and easy to interact with, and was more than happy to help us understand what we were looking at and help us work through our options. Just bought a 2017 Ford f-150 from Larry over at Palmen Motors for my business. I have to say they have amazing customer service! Sarah helped me out with some info on the truck and directed me to Larry so I could take it for a drive. Everyone was super nice and helpful. It was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership and I’d have to say the best experience! Larry was super transparent, I had multiple questions and he answered them all honestly.
