Mario Ayala was meant to sell cars, he made this car buying experience as fun as a day at beach! In all my years of buying a car I've never actually had a great, smooth time purchasing a car. This was for my Daughter's first new car, she was excited but nervous about spending all her hard earned money. We did our homework and she knew what she wanted it was a 2025 Kia Seltos, she knew they were good cars because I've had a Seltos for 5 years already. Mario reminded us of our appointment, he was forgiving when we ran late, and met us with a huge smile outside with a hand shake then to our surprise he already had the car pulled up and ready! We drove the car in less then 10 minutes and we chatted the whole time he was telling us all the wonderful features it had. Mario knew the car model inside and out, no pressure just informing us of the vehicle. We went in to discuss the pricing and he was kind, fair and had a great sense of humor. I'm telling you this makes such a huge difference when someone is as real as the day is long. My daughter and me found a middle of road price range he did some negotiating with his manager and in an hour or so we were celebrating with him on my Daughters first New, Fancy Car Purchase! Mario had us go to the financial office with I think his name was Stephan, I apologize if I"m wrong. He was so nice, clear and concise getting right to the point. He showed us the warranty’s, clearly explaining everything about them. Kia has such great warranties, we did purchase a wrap warranty for 10 years, the coverage was incredible. She wants to keep this car for 10 years or so and this will give her peace of mind plus save her a lot of money down the road. Mario bought her snacks she had missed dinner, they loaded us up with 5 cases of pop for there promotion "Pop the Top." She had envisioned a picture with the Hallmark Red Bow, and they actually got her one for the photos. They were closed by now but but Mario stayed late to show her all the features in her car. Who does this? MARIO! He just made this experience Unbelievably WONDERFUL! He said if you have any questions down the road she can call or stop in, there not just a car Dealership "Their Family." They has repeat customers time and time again and I saw why. She drove home ecstatic with her New 2025 Kia Seltos EX, you don't forget your first car purchase, especially when it was OVER The TOP FANTASTIC! Just had a great experience at Palmen Kia buying our new Sorento! Mario Ayala was fantastic! We were driving from almost 2 hours away and Mario took the time to call us and introduce himself before we arrived. We had to bring our 10-month old to the dealership for the entirety of the negotiation process but Mario was completely understanding, even when she started getting fussy. Mario was also up front and honest about everything, and didn't try including any hidden or unnecessary items, which we caught another dealership doing just a few days prior to visiting Palmen. A+ experience!!!
