They even negotiated our trade. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted and everything was exactly how we expected it to be. No hidden fees or last minute changes. The payment was exactly as they told us it would be. Matt did the financing for us and it was a very smooth process. No pressure trying to sell us upgraded warranties. Bought a pre-owned Genesis here. We live 600 miles from Palmen Kia, so everything was worked online and via phone, which took a lot of trust that everything was as we were told. There were no disappointments. Ray and Nico delivered in spades. They were completely upfront and thorough about the scratches, minor issues, etc, so when we arrived to pick up the car there were no bad surprises - only good ones. Pricing was very fair, they were prepared for us when we arrived, paperwork went very smoothly and we left very satisfied with both the car and the experience - which has very rarely been the case for me when purchasing a car.
