After 15yrs it was time for a new car. We came back to Palmen where we purchased our last vehicle and looked up our guy, Shawn Haas. Purchasing a new vehicle can be a very intense process but we come back to Shawn every time because we know we are not just getting a sales person, we are getting a friend who honestly cares about the relationship and bonding with his customers. Definitely recommend coming here especially as a first time buyer I was definitely nervous, but Shawn Haas was able to answer all of my questions and have no doubt that I was in the right hands. While I hope not to have to get a new car soon I know where I will go when I do.

I had a really great experience! I got the K4 GT-Line Turbo and I’m super excited about my new car. Shawn helped me out and he was fantastic. I never felt any pressure at all, which I really appreciated. It genuinely felt like if I had walked out without buying, it wouldn't have been awkward or uncomfortable—they would've been totally cool with it, if you know what I mean. I liked that we drove on the highway, side streets, and busy roads so I could really get a feel for how it handles in different conditions. Shawn was efficient and to the point, which I loved—he didn’t keep repeating things or try too hard to sell me on anything. That kind of sales pitch can be super annoying. Overall, my sales experience was excellent, and I’ll definitely come back when it’s time for my next car. Also note, the energy in the dealership felt good, to me that’s a rare thing since sadly car sales guys have a bad reputation. But here you are definitely taken care of.
