Kudos to Victor, the service manager! A couple weekends ago my family and I were driving back home to Ohio and developed some engine trouble. It was late on a Saturday afternoon but Victor got our van in to at least get an initial diagnosis. They weren't able to fix it on the spot because it was close to closing time and would require much more work to properly diagnose the issue and get it repaired. He helped me find a hotel for the night and a rental company that was open the next day so we could get a car and return to Ohio while he kept our van to get it fixed. The problem ended up being too fuel injectors that needed to be replaced, and even though the warranty had expired he reached out to Kia who agreed to cover the cost of the parts. What a blessing that was! Once the repair was finished he personally test drove the van a number of times to ensure that it was fixed, knowing that when I came to pick it up I'd have a long drive back to Ohio. He really went above and beyond in all respects!
