Awesome customer service in sales and finance. It was a pleasure working with Josh in sales. He made the process so easy with no pressure sales. He delivered with everything that he said he would. I have never dealt with a Finance department that was so efficient and quick. I was in and out within 15 minutes!! Awesome team!!!

After a less-than-great experience with a Kia dealership just over the Illinois border several years ago, I was honestly dreading buying another vehicle. Buying a car usually feels like trying to solve a puzzle where someone keeps changing the pieces. Thankfully, that wasn’t the case at Palmen. I walked in knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted and the price I was hoping for and didn’t have to spend hours playing any back-and-forth games. The whole process was quick, easy, and surprisingly stress-free. They even had my new vehicle cleaned and ready to go while we were finishing the paperwork. Everyone I encountered at Palmen Kia was straightforward, professional, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. Who knew buying a car could actually be…easy?! We found our vehicle on cargurus. It was exactly what we wanted, so we were willing to make the truck from Chicago to Kenosha. Josh Rosenblum took great care of us. From beginning to end, he made the purchase smooth and painless. We took a quick test drive, made the decision, hit the paperwork right away, and the next thing we knew, we were pulling off the lot and heading over to the Brat Stop before heading back to the city. I bought a new EV9 from Palmen Kia of Kenosha. The entire experience was one of the best I have had buying a car. Josh, my salesman, worked to find a vehicle, was very pleasant to work with, wasn't typical salesman pressure and fluff, walked me through the car at delivery so I knew how to use it spending as much time as I needed, and answered all questions quickly. Steve in Finance was equally good. He was efficient, effective, answered questions, and didn't put the typical Finance manager high pressure on you. Overall, this is a very well run sales/finance team at this dealership. I haven't used the service department yet, but so far this is top notch. I switched from Audi to Kia and so far have had equally, if not better service.

Palmen Kia Service department is the best. Staff there is friendly and accommodating. They take time to explain the work that needs to be done and show evidence of any problems they find. They use quality parts. I have never had a recurrence of any issues they fix. I have used Palmen for years and plan to continue.

Mike Moreno was very awesome. Found a vehicle that I was looking for. I highly recommend him if anybody’s looking for a car come and see him. He sold me a nice Kia Seltos. Oil change was done quickly the only thing I was unsure about is a tire rotation which normally is included with your oil change at other places. Still got charged for that . The man who waited on me was very nice and professional. But my favorite guy still is Shawn he is the guy to go to when you need a car been with him for over 30 years!!

My experience with the service department is 2nd to none, 1st class all the way! Every time I come in for service. I’m greeted immediately, any concerns about my vehicle are addressed, I’m in and out on time and the prices are very fair! I highly recommend them, by far the best!

I bought a car from Ray Hilburger at Palmen Kia. It was a truly enjoyable experience. I started the relationship on text message, moved to phone and then met Ray in person. He was consistently helpful, responsive and reasonable through the entire process. The visit to complete the purchase was efficient with my time, Ray went out of his way to show my wife and I all of the features without rushing and the car was ready and prepared when we arrived. The service department is awesome. To get our oil changed and tires rotated took 45 minutes. Plus car washed and inside vacuumed. Dash and windows cleaned also. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had the best experience working with Ray. We had so many perimeters to work within to ensure we had everything we needed in a family vehicle while sticking to a defined budget. Ray went out of his way to spend all the time necessary with us to narrow down the right vehicle. His manager even stepped in and found a car we weren’t considering but actually checked all the important boxes. We are so happy with the vehicle and more than satisfied with our experience. After 15yrs it was time for a new car. We came back to Palmen where we purchased our last vehicle and looked up our guy, Shawn Haas. Purchasing a new vehicle can be a very intense process but we come back to Shawn every time because we know we are not just getting a sales person, we are getting a friend who honestly cares about the relationship and bonding with his customers. We left the KIA store yesterday with our brand new 2026 KIA Sportage EX and we are thrilled with this purchase. We drove two hours from our home in Two Rivers, WI and the entire staff at the Kia store did everything they could to make the process quick. Unhappy with my current Kia Sportage, I decided to sell it. After getting a quote from Kelley Blue Book, Plamen Kia was the first to reach out and say they are interested in buying my Sportage. I had the privilege to work with Warren. Warren was fantastic; not only as a car salesman, but in general. Warren made the car selling experience easy, painless and fast. When my Mom and I were waiting for the paperwork to be completed, Warren engaged in a conversation with us about life; our cancer battles, to be exact. I can always appreciate when a business professional engages in conversation. I also appreciated the fact that I was not pressured into buying another vehicle that day; I am undecided what I want to purchase as of now, but I do know that I will be returning to Warren to purchase a vehicle. We went into Palmen Kia Kenosha to see what we could get for our Kia Carnival if we trade it in. Immediately we were greeted by Warren "Wheels ". Immediately we expressed what we were there to do and Warren was assigned to us to help us with the process. Warren was able to figure out what were our needs based on the conversation we had and he went on with reccomending us a vehicle. Purchased a Kia Telluride from Palmen. Usually i get quite a bit of anxiety going into car dealerships but happy to say this experience was quite pleasant and very easy. Initially we were looking at purchasing the Kia Sorrento or another make, but we had some great guidance from Gene. Gene Tellez was professional, and set me at ease immediately. No pushing to make the sale, but willing to let me take a new 2026 Sportage to see how it 'fit" me and my garage. He has earned my respect..!! and if I need to replace any vehicle...he's the man I see. I've worked with Palmen GM for years, so it was a stretch getting me into a non-GM vehicle, but so far, It's everything I had in my Cadillac,,,,and more.!!! I just wanted to take a moment and give HUGE praise to this car dealership in Kenosha! My daughter recently had a bad experience at a different dealership and really needed a car. Her grandpa suggested Palmen Kia of Kenosha, and we’re so glad he did! Her sales person, Ray Hilburger, really took care of her! He knew what she had been through and promised to get her approved and in a car she would love… and he did! She’s the proud owner of a 2019 Jeep Cherokee and absolutely loves it! Let me just say this, the car buying experience (as most of us know) can sometimes be the worst, but not here. On July 25, 2025 I had my vehicle service for brake service and brake service flush and replace cabin filter and the Service Advisor Charlotte Hamilton is one of my best advisor was very good at her job she always take care of my vehicle very good she is friendly professional and always smiling.
