I bought a car from Ray Hilburger at Palmen Kia. It was a truly enjoyable experience. I started the relationship on text message, moved to phone and then met Ray in person. He was consistently helpful, responsive and reasonable through the entire process. The visit to complete the purchase was efficient with my time, Ray went out of his way to show my wife and I all of the features without rushing and the car was ready and prepared when we arrived. Recommend 5 out of 5!

The service department is awesome. To get our oil changed and tires rotated took 45 minutes. Plus car washed and inside vacuumed. Dash and windows cleaned also. I would recommend them to anyone.

We were referred to Palmen Kia and to work specifically with Warren Larsen. We talked with him before our visit and told him exactly what we were looking for and he had a car ready and waiting for us that checked all of our boxes. We love Larry. Our family has been going to him for years for literally 3 generations of family members. He genuinely cares about our needs and wants in a vehicle, and is always so knowledgable and can answer any question we throw at him. He's also so thorough and leaves nothing out for us, so we always know exactly what is happening at every step of the process. It's so nice to feel so well taken care of, the support is unmatched. He genuinely cares. I cannot say enough good things about him or have enough words to express the gratitude we have to him for everything he's done not only for me over the years, but my entire family. He really is the best. I'd also like to give a shoutout to Matt! He was amazing and so personable! He walked me through every contractual step and made sure we understood everything before signing. He was able to answer all of our questions and left no stone unturned. It really was a pleasure working with him. Also another shoutout to the other staff. I wish I knew and remembered everyone's names, but there was a kind gentleman who gave my daughter a balloon, which we were so grateful for. There was another salesman who filled in a bit for Larry while he had to run around, and he was so friendly and easy to interact with, and was more than happy to help us understand what we were looking at and help us work through our options. Traveled from Michigan to Palmen Motors in Kenosha WI and it was well worth the 10 hour round trip. We worked with Ray Hilburger over the phone to secure an out the door price. They even negotiated our trade. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted and everything was exactly how we expected it to be. No hidden fees or last minute changes. The payment was exactly as they told us it would be. Matt did the financing for us and it was a very smooth process. No pressure trying to sell us upgraded warranties. These gentlemen were very professional and honest. So great that they shouldn’t be required to work so late on Friday nights. Great experience. Well done, Ray and Matt!

After eight years with my previous car, I knew it was time for an upgrade — even though the idea felt a little intimidating. This was my first big girl car purchase, and I didn’t know what to expect. From the moment Mario Ayala greeted my mom and me with a smile, I felt at ease. He let us take what would soon be my new car out for a test drive, pointing out all of its amazing features — and I truly fell in love with it. When it came time to talk numbers, Mario was honest, fair, and made the entire negotiation process feel effortless. After we sealed the deal, he surprised us with several cases of pop — a fun way to “pop the top” in celebration of my new car! Stephen from the financial department was also incredibly helpful, taking the time to walk me through the 10-year wrap warranty, which I chose to get for peace of mind with such a big investment. I even ended up missing dinner that night, but Mario didn’t let us leave hungry — he brought out some delicious snacks for my mom and me, which was such a thoughtful touch. He also went above and beyond by letting me take a photo with the red bow on my car, staying past closing time just to make sure we could capture the moment. Truly the best experience! Car shopping can be either a long drawn out nails to the chalkboard experience or it can be smooth as silk. Mario Ayala was meant to sell cars, he made this car buying experience as fun as a day at beach! In all my years of buying a car I've never actually had a great, smooth time purchasing a car. This was for my Daughter's first new car, she was excited but nervous about spending all her hard earned money. We did our homework and she knew what she wanted it was a 2025 Kia Seltos, she knew they were good cars because I've had a Seltos for 5 years already. Mario reminded us of our appointment, he was forgiving when we ran late, and met us with a huge smile outside with a hand shake then to our surprise he already had the car pulled up and ready! We drove the car in less then 10 minutes and we chatted the whole time he was telling us all the wonderful features it had. Mario knew the car model inside and out, no pressure just informing us of the vehicle. We went in to discuss the pricing and he was kind, fair and had a great sense of humor. I'm telling you this makes such a huge difference when someone is as real as the day is long. My daughter and me found a middle of road price range he did some negotiating with his manager and in an hour or so we were celebrating with him on my Daughters first New, Fancy Car Purchase! Mario had us go to the financial office with I think his name was Stephan, I apologize if I"m wrong. He was so nice, clear and concise getting right to the point. He showed us the warranty’s, clearly explaining everything about them. Kia has such great warranties, we did purchase a wrap warranty for 10 years, the coverage was incredible. She wants to keep this car for 10 years or so and this will give her peace of mind plus save her a lot of money down the road. Mario bought her snacks she had missed dinner, they loaded us up with 5 cases of pop for there promotion "Pop the Top." She had envisioned a picture with the Hallmark Red Bow, and they actually got her one for the photos. They were closed by now but but Mario stayed late to show her all the features in her car. Who does this? MARIO! He just made this experience Unbelievably WONDERFUL! He said if you have any questions down the road she can call or stop in, there not just a car Dealership "Their Family." They has repeat customers time and time again and I saw why. She drove home ecstatic with her New 2025 Kia Seltos EX, you don't forget your first car purchase, especially when it was OVER The TOP FANTASTIC! Gene Tellez’s personality and sincere desire to help people make the best choices for themselves is so refreshing. I hadn’t car shopped in 12 years and was super worried. Warren Wheels was my salesman. He was friendly, got me the car I wanted with a nice price, and personally worked on fixing two spots where the paint was messed up. He did several little extra things to make sure everything was spot on. Two thumbs up!

I had a really great experience! I got the K4 GT-Line Turbo and I’m super excited about my new car. Shawn helped me out and he was fantastic. I never felt any pressure at all, which I really appreciated. It genuinely felt like if I had walked out without buying, it wouldn't have been awkward or uncomfortable—they would've been totally cool with it, if you know what I mean. I liked that we drove on the highway, side streets, and busy roads so I could really get a feel for how it handles in different conditions. Shawn was efficient and to the point, which I loved—he didn’t keep repeating things or try too hard to sell me on anything. That kind of sales pitch can be super annoying. Overall, my sales experience was excellent, and I’ll definitely come back when it’s time for my next car. Also note, the energy in the dealership felt good, to me that’s a rare thing since sadly car sales guys have a bad reputation. But here you are definitely taken care of.

Just had a great experience at Palmen Kia buying our new Sorento! Mario Ayala was fantastic! We were driving from almost 2 hours away and Mario took the time to call us and introduce himself before we arrived. We had to bring our 10-month old to the dealership for the entirety of the negotiation process but Mario was completely understanding, even when she started getting fussy. Mario was also up front and honest about everything, and didn't try including any hidden or unnecessary items, which we caught another dealership doing just a few days prior to visiting Palmen. A+ experience!!!

A few years ago, my daughter purchased a vehicle from Palmen Kia of Kenosha, and we worked with an outstanding salesman. When it was time for me to purchase my own vehicle, I knew exactly who to turn to—Mario Ayala! In January, I had the pleasure of working with Mario to purchase a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited (L). Initially, I was torn between the 2021 model and a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited (L), and Mario was incredibly patient while I weighed my options. There was a strange rattle in the 2021 Jeep that I couldn’t quite pinpoint, so Mario went above and beyond to let me take an extended test drive with the 2023 model while they investigated the issue with the 2021. Once they identified and fixed the rattle, Mario graciously offered me another extended test drive with the 2021, so I could be completely sure about my decision. After almost two weeks of test driving, I finally made my choice—I went with the 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited (L), my original favorite! I cannot express enough how much I appreciate Mario’s dedication to customer satisfaction. His professionalism, patience, and genuine care for my needs were evident throughout the entire process.
