Awesome customer service in sales and finance. It was a pleasure working with Josh in sales. He made the process so easy with no pressure sales. He delivered with everything that he said he would. I have never dealt with a Finance department that was so efficient and quick. I was in and out within 15 minutes!! Awesome team!!!

After a less-than-great experience with a Kia dealership just over the Illinois border several years ago, I was honestly dreading buying another vehicle. Buying a car usually feels like trying to solve a puzzle where someone keeps changing the pieces. Thankfully, that wasn’t the case at Palmen. I walked in knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted and the price I was hoping for and didn’t have to spend hours playing any back-and-forth games. The whole process was quick, easy, and surprisingly stress-free. They even had my new vehicle cleaned and ready to go while we were finishing the paperwork. Everyone I encountered at Palmen Kia was straightforward, professional, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. Who knew buying a car could actually be…easy?! We found our vehicle on cargurus. It was exactly what we wanted, so we were willing to make the truck from Chicago to Kenosha. Josh Rosenblum took great care of us. From beginning to end, he made the purchase smooth and painless. We took a quick test drive, made the decision, hit the paperwork right away, and the next thing we knew, we were pulling off the lot and heading over to the Brat Stop before heading back to the city. I bought a new EV9 from Palmen Kia of Kenosha. The entire experience was one of the best I have had buying a car. Josh, my salesman, worked to find a vehicle, was very pleasant to work with, wasn't typical salesman pressure and fluff, walked me through the car at delivery so I knew how to use it spending as much time as I needed, and answered all questions quickly. Steve in Finance was equally good. He was efficient, effective, answered questions, and didn't put the typical Finance manager high pressure on you. Overall, this is a very well run sales/finance team at this dealership. I haven't used the service department yet, but so far this is top notch. I switched from Audi to Kia and so far have had equally, if not better service.

Palmen Kia Service department is the best. Staff there is friendly and accommodating. They take time to explain the work that needs to be done and show evidence of any problems they find. They use quality parts. I have never had a recurrence of any issues they fix. I have used Palmen for years and plan to continue.

Mike Moreno was very awesome. Found a vehicle that I was looking for. I highly recommend him if anybody’s looking for a car come and see him. He sold me a nice Kia Seltos. Oil change was done quickly the only thing I was unsure about is a tire rotation which normally is included with your oil change at other places. Still got charged for that . The man who waited on me was very nice and professional. But my favorite guy still is Shawn he is the guy to go to when you need a car been with him for over 30 years!!

My experience with the service department is 2nd to none, 1st class all the way! Every time I come in for service. I’m greeted immediately, any concerns about my vehicle are addressed, I’m in and out on time and the prices are very fair! I highly recommend them, by far the best!

I bought a car from Ray Hilburger at Palmen Kia. It was a truly enjoyable experience. I started the relationship on text message, moved to phone and then met Ray in person. He was consistently helpful, responsive and reasonable through the entire process. The visit to complete the purchase was efficient with my time, Ray went out of his way to show my wife and I all of the features without rushing and the car was ready and prepared when we arrived. The service department is awesome. To get our oil changed and tires rotated took 45 minutes. Plus car washed and inside vacuumed. Dash and windows cleaned also. I would recommend them to anyone.

Kudos to Victor, the service manager! A couple weekends ago my family and I were driving back home to Ohio and developed some engine trouble. It was late on a Saturday afternoon but Victor got our van in to at least get an initial diagnosis. They weren't able to fix it on the spot because it was close to closing time and would require much more work to properly diagnose the issue and get it repaired. He helped me find a hotel for the night and a rental company that was open the next day so we could get a car and return to Ohio while he kept our van to get it fixed. The problem ended up being too fuel injectors that needed to be replaced, and even though the warranty had expired he reached out to Kia who agreed to cover the cost of the parts. What a blessing that was! Once the repair was finished he personally test drove the van a number of times to ensure that it was fixed, knowing that when I came to pick it up I'd have a long drive back to Ohio. He really went above and beyond in all respects!

I worked with Warren Larsen to get my 2015 ram and it was by far the Best dealer experience I've had! No pressure, didnt try to hide or push anything into the deal; just a simple, straight forward approach. The finance officer Stephen Burke was just as awsome and offered their programs but was honest and not pushy at all. I did run into an issue with the truck down the road but Warren worked with me and their team to make it right. I've worked in a dealership setting for going on 12 years now and this is a great example of how a good dealership is suppose do business. We will definitely be going through them again for our next vehicle and recomend them to many!

After eight years with my previous car, I knew it was time for an upgrade — even though the idea felt a little intimidating. This was my first big girl car purchase, and I didn’t know what to expect. From the moment Mario Ayala greeted my mom and me with a smile, I felt at ease. He let us take what would soon be my new car out for a test drive, pointing out all of its amazing features — and I truly fell in love with it. When it came time to talk numbers, Mario was honest, fair, and made the entire negotiation process feel effortless. After we sealed the deal, he surprised us with several cases of pop — a fun way to “pop the top” in celebration of my new car! Stephen from the financial department was also incredibly helpful, taking the time to walk me through the 10-year wrap warranty, which I chose to get for peace of mind with such a big investment. I even ended up missing dinner that night, but Mario didn’t let us leave hungry — he brought out some delicious snacks for my mom and me, which was such a thoughtful touch. He also went above and beyond by letting me take a photo with the red bow on my car, staying past closing time just to make sure we could capture the moment. Truly the best experience! Car shopping can be either a long drawn out nails to the chalkboard experience or it can be smooth as silk. Mario Ayala was meant to sell cars, he made this car buying experience as fun as a day at beach! In all my years of buying a car I've never actually had a great, smooth time purchasing a car. This was for my Daughter's first new car, she was excited but nervous about spending all her hard earned money. We did our homework and she knew what she wanted it was a 2025 Kia Seltos, she knew they were good cars because I've had a Seltos for 5 years already. Mario reminded us of our appointment, he was forgiving when we ran late, and met us with a huge smile outside with a hand shake then to our surprise he already had the car pulled up and ready! We drove the car in less then 10 minutes and we chatted the whole time he was telling us all the wonderful features it had. Mario knew the car model inside and out, no pressure just informing us of the vehicle. We went in to discuss the pricing and he was kind, fair and had a great sense of humor. I'm telling you this makes such a huge difference when someone is as real as the day is long. My daughter and me found a middle of road price range he did some negotiating with his manager and in an hour or so we were celebrating with him on my Daughters first New, Fancy Car Purchase! Mario had us go to the financial office with I think his name was Stephan, I apologize if I"m wrong. He was so nice, clear and concise getting right to the point. He showed us the warranty’s, clearly explaining everything about them. Kia has such great warranties, we did purchase a wrap warranty for 10 years, the coverage was incredible. She wants to keep this car for 10 years or so and this will give her peace of mind plus save her a lot of money down the road. Mario bought her snacks she had missed dinner, they loaded us up with 5 cases of pop for there promotion "Pop the Top." She had envisioned a picture with the Hallmark Red Bow, and they actually got her one for the photos. They were closed by now but but Mario stayed late to show her all the features in her car. Who does this? MARIO! He just made this experience Unbelievably WONDERFUL! He said if you have any questions down the road she can call or stop in, there not just a car Dealership "Their Family." They has repeat customers time and time again and I saw why. She drove home ecstatic with her New 2025 Kia Seltos EX, you don't forget your first car purchase, especially when it was OVER The TOP FANTASTIC! I hadn’t car shopped in 12 years and was super worried. Warren Wheels was my salesman. He was friendly, got me the car I wanted with a nice price, and personally worked on fixing two spots where the paint was messed up.
