I had a really great experience! I got the K4 GT-Line Turbo and I’m super excited about my new car. Shawn helped me out and he was fantastic. I never felt any pressure at all, which I really appreciated. It genuinely felt like if I had walked out without buying, it wouldn't have been awkward or uncomfortable—they would've been totally cool with it, if you know what I mean. I liked that we drove on the highway, side streets, and busy roads so I could really get a feel for how it handles in different conditions. Shawn was efficient and to the point, which I loved—he didn’t keep repeating things or try too hard to sell me on anything. That kind of sales pitch can be super annoying. Overall, my sales experience was excellent, and I’ll definitely come back when it’s time for my next car. Also note, the energy in the dealership felt good, to me that’s a rare thing since sadly car sales guys have a bad reputation. But here you are definitely taken care of.

Just had a great experience at Palmen Kia buying our new Sorento! Mario Ayala was fantastic! We were driving from almost 2 hours away and Mario took the time to call us and introduce himself before we arrived. We had to bring our 10-month old to the dealership for the entirety of the negotiation process but Mario was completely understanding, even when she started getting fussy. Mario was also up front and honest about everything, and didn't try including any hidden or unnecessary items, which we caught another dealership doing just a few days prior to visiting Palmen. A+ experience!!!

A few years ago, my daughter purchased a vehicle from Palmen Kia of Kenosha, and we worked with an outstanding salesman. When it was time for me to purchase my own vehicle, I knew exactly who to turn to—Mario Ayala! In January, I had the pleasure of working with Mario to purchase a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited (L). Initially, I was torn between the 2021 model and a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited (L), and Mario was incredibly patient while I weighed my options. There was a strange rattle in the 2021 Jeep that I couldn’t quite pinpoint, so Mario went above and beyond to let me take an extended test drive with the 2023 model while they investigated the issue with the 2021. Once they identified and fixed the rattle, Mario graciously offered me another extended test drive with the 2021, so I could be completely sure about my decision. After almost two weeks of test driving, I finally made my choice—I went with the 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited (L), my original favorite! I cannot express enough how much I appreciate Mario’s dedication to customer satisfaction. His professionalism, patience, and genuine care for my needs were evident throughout the entire process. No matter what challenges arose with other areas of the purchase, Mario remained absolutely top-notch. It was a true pleasure working with him. He worked with us for several hours and showed us several cars- waiting patiently while we decided on one and then fought to get us the best deal. Amazing! I can’t say enough good things about Mario at Palmen auto stores on the Kia side! My wife and I recently purchased a new Kia Telluride, and from start to finish, the experience was top-notch. Mario was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure we found the perfect vehicle. He took the time to answer all our questions, walked us through every feature of the Telluride, and never once pressured us into making a decision. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Bought a pre-owned Genesis here. We live 600 miles from Palmen Kia, so everything was worked online and via phone, which took a lot of trust that everything was as we were told. There were no disappointments. Ray and Nico delivered in spades. They were completely upfront and thorough about the scratches, minor issues, etc, so when we arrived to pick up the car there were no bad surprises - only good ones. Pricing was very fair, they were prepared for us when we arrived, paperwork went very smoothly and we left very satisfied with both the car and the experience - which has very rarely been the case for me when purchasing a car.

After a less-than-great experience with a Kia dealership just over the Illinois border several years ago, I was honestly dreading buying another vehicle. Buying a car usually feels like trying to solve a puzzle where someone keeps changing the pieces. Thankfully, that wasn’t the case at Palmen. I walked in knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted and the price I was hoping for and didn’t have to spend hours playing any back-and-forth games. We found our vehicle on cargurus. It was exactly what we wanted, so we were willing to make the truck from Chicago to Kenosha. Josh Rosenblum took great care of us. From beginning to end, he made the purchase smooth and painless. We took a quick test drive, made the decision, hit the paperwork right away, and the next thing we knew, we were pulling off the lot and heading over to the Brat Stop before heading back to the city. I bought a new EV9 from Palmen Kia of Kenosha. The entire experience was one of the best I have had buying a car. Josh, my salesman, worked to find a vehicle, was very pleasant to work with, wasn't typical salesman pressure and fluff, walked me through the car at delivery so I knew how to use it spending as much time as I needed, and answered all questions quickly. Steve in Finance was equally good. He was efficient, effective, answered questions, and didn't put the typical Finance manager high pressure on you. Overall, this is a very well run sales/finance team at this dealership. I haven't used the service department yet, but so far this is top notch. I switched from Audi to Kia and so far have had equally, if not better service.

Mike Moreno was very awesome. Found a vehicle that I was looking for. I highly recommend him if anybody’s looking for a car come and see him. He sold me a nice Kia Seltos. Oil change was done quickly the only thing I was unsure about is a tire rotation which normally is included with your oil change at other places. Still got charged for that . The man who waited on me was very nice and professional. But my favorite guy still is Shawn he is the guy to go to when you need a car been with him for over 30 years!!

He was consistently helpful, responsive and reasonable through the entire process. The service department is awesome. To get our oil changed and tires rotated took 45 minutes. Plus car washed and inside vacuumed. Dash and windows cleaned also. I would recommend them to anyone.
