Recently, I considered selling my vehicle. I went to two other dealerships before coming to Palmen Kia. The customer experience I received at Palmen Kia in Kenosha exceeded my expectations. Warren made me feel comfortable and answered any questions I had while addressing my concerns in the process. He was personable, considerate, understanding, and objective. A great job by a great person created a great experience!

Wow, I went to two dealerships to check out Jeeps and Gene Tellez was the gentleman that helped us at the second dealership. He had the Jeep Wrangler ready for us to check out and was hilarious on the test drive! We appreciate how easy he made the process, not to mention he got us a smoking deal with a great finance rate that beat out our credit union. His follow up after the purchase was awesome as well. The focus on customer service which included prompt check-in, focus on service required and requested, as well as friendly atmosphere. Charlotte, the customer service rep, is a gem! In the process of checking me in, she noted that I had the key fob for starting my engine, and inquired as to how I was enjoying it. I mentioned to her that even though I was following the directions I could not figure out how to start my car. Rather than explain the process, she immediately took me to my car and demonstrated the process, than had me do it myself. When time came to pick-up my car, she once again checked to make sure I was comfortable using this accessory. I really, really appreciated the time she took to make sure I was able to use the engine starter. One other note, the time it took to service my car was great, and the follow-up to let me know the service was complete (with no additional concerns for consideration) and that I could pick up my vehicle were excellent. I will gladly continue my car care service with this dealership’s service department!
