Wow, I went to two dealerships to check out Jeeps and Gene Tellez was the gentleman that helped us at the second dealership. He had the Jeep Wrangler ready for us to check out and was hilarious on the test drive! We appreciate how easy he made the process, not to mention he got us a smoking deal with a great finance rate that beat out our credit union. His follow up after the purchase was awesome as well. The focus on customer service which included prompt check-in, focus on service required and requested, as well as friendly atmosphere. Charlotte, the customer service rep, is a gem! In the process of checking me in, she noted that I had the key fob for starting my engine, and inquired as to how I was enjoying it. I mentioned to her that even though I was following the directions I could not figure out how to start my car. Rather than explain the process, she immediately took me to my car and demonstrated the process, than had me do it myself. When time came to pick-up my car, she once again checked to make sure I was comfortable using this accessory. I really, really appreciated the time she took to make sure I was able to use the engine starter. One other note, the time it took to service my car was great, and the follow-up to let me know the service was complete (with no additional concerns for consideration) and that I could pick up my vehicle were excellent. I will gladly continue my car care service with this dealership’s service department!

After a less-than-great experience with a Kia dealership just over the Illinois border several years ago, I was honestly dreading buying another vehicle. Buying a car usually feels like trying to solve a puzzle where someone keeps changing the pieces. Thankfully, that wasn’t the case at Palmen. I walked in knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted and the price I was hoping for and didn’t have to spend hours playing any back-and-forth games. The whole process was quick, easy, and surprisingly stress-free. They even had my new vehicle cleaned and ready to go while we were finishing the paperwork. We found our vehicle on cargurus. It was exactly what we wanted, so we were willing to make the truck from Chicago to Kenosha. Josh Rosenblum took great care of us. From beginning to end, he made the purchase smooth and painless. I bought a new EV9 from Palmen Kia of Kenosha. The entire experience was one of the best I have had buying a car. Josh, my salesman, worked to find a vehicle, was very pleasant to work with, wasn't typical salesman pressure and fluff, walked me through the car at delivery so I knew how to use it spending as much time as I needed, and answered all questions quickly. Steve in Finance was equally good. He was efficient, effective, answered questions, and didn't put the typical Finance manager high pressure on you. Overall, this is a very well run sales/finance team at this dealership. I haven't used the service department yet, but so far this is top notch. I switched from Audi to Kia and so far have had equally, if not better service.

Oil change was done quickly the only thing I was unsure about is a tire rotation which normally is included with your oil change at other places. Still got charged for that . The man who waited on me was very nice and professional. But my favorite guy still is Shawn he is the guy to go to when you need a car been with him for over 30 years!!

I bought a car from Ray Hilburger at Palmen Kia. It was a truly enjoyable experience. I started the relationship on text message, moved to phone and then met Ray in person. He was consistently helpful, responsive and reasonable through the entire process. The visit to complete the purchase was efficient with my time, Ray went out of his way to show my wife and I all of the features without rushing and the car was ready and prepared when we arrived. The service department is awesome. To get our oil changed and tires rotated took 45 minutes. Plus car washed and inside vacuumed. Dash and windows cleaned also. I would recommend them to anyone.
