I bought a Kia Optima in February from a different dealership. found out quick it burnt oil had it for 6 months before the check engine light finally came on like I was told before the engine blew. I still owed money on it & was put in a very bad situation. It worked out in my favor thanks to Warren. He sat with me and my mom until he made sure we walked out with a reliable car. He was so personable , and genuine. He got me into a 2024 Kia Forte a reliable car! I would definitely come back and work with him! He was awesome! Thank you so much Warren!

I liked that we were approached right away but didn’t feel pressured to buy. Gene Tellez was so helpful and kind throughout the process as our salesperson. He had a lot of great information and helped guide us in picking the right vehicle for our family. The dealership was clean and well kept. Others we interacted with in the dealership were very kind and helpful as well. Overall a great car buying experience and I got the car of my dreams!!

This was our first car from Palmen and after many car purchases over the years it was probably our best experience buying a car. Ray had the answers for every question we had about 2 different Kia vehicles. And then when I pulled the switcharu on the wife and started looking at our new Ram 2500. Ray still had all the answers. I also want to thank their finance department who worked with us to get the best deal I believe his name was Barry. THANK YOU SO MUCH we couldn't be more happy with our decision. Looking forward to replacing my wife and daughters car with Ray at Palmen.

I got a awesome deal! Gene was easy to work with and gave me the best deal! I'm very happy 2 wks after:When going for a test drive get it to 55-60mph. Lights went on check engine, tires.wont pass emissions.id say the computer was reset to sell with no lights on til home a wk.no air, had to replace spark plugs,coil packs,air conditioning leak,in cabin filter, oil pressure sensor, oil disappears n dont know where possiblehead cracked.gone through3 oil changes. Transmission slips, wheel barrings next is tires all with in 3 months of owning this car. Best part ALL out of MY pocket. Nothing is covered! I am no longer a happy camper .I'd say it was reset to sell. Not the salesmans fault he was great.

Palmen Kia Service department is the best. Staff there is friendly and accommodating. They take time to explain the work that needs to be done and show evidence of any problems they find. They use quality parts. I have never had a recurrence of any issues they fix. I have used Palmen for years and plan to continue.

Mike Moreno was very awesome. Found a vehicle that I was looking for. I highly recommend him if anybody’s looking for a car come and see him. He sold me a nice Kia Seltos. Oil change was done quickly the only thing I was unsure about is a tire rotation which normally is included with your oil change at other places. Still got charged for that . The man who waited on me was very nice and professional. But my favorite guy still is Shawn he is the guy to go to when you need a car been with him for over 30 years!!

The service department is awesome. To get our oil changed and tires rotated took 45 minutes. Plus car washed and inside vacuumed. Dash and windows cleaned also. I would recommend them to anyone.

I worked with the service manager Victor and appreciated his knowledge and professionalism and he introduced me to Mario. I have leased several Kia’s from Palmen and have been very satisfied with them each time. Last week I met with Demetrius to go over options on my 2023 Seltos, which I really liked. He listened to what I was looking for and showed me options. He was so nice and helpful- really made me feel comfortable. I left with a 2026 Seltos and after driving it for a week I absolutely love this vehicle. Thank you to the team for my satisfaction!

I had such a great experience today at Palmen Kia thanks to Calvin! He was extremely helpful, patient, and made the whole process quick and easy. As a 22 year old girl doing this on my own, things like this can feel scary and nerve-racking but Calvin really took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood each step. I truly appreciated how kind, professional, and efficient he was throughout the whole process. If you’re going to Palmen Kia, definitely ask for Calvin he’ll take great care of you.
